Martin Kirchmayr works primarily in banking, capital markets law and securities, civil law, construction contract law as well as tort and warranty law, providing both transactional and litigation support.
A particular focus and aim of his work is to work with clients early on to safeguard their legal position and guide the client through complex problems, preferring extrajudicial solutions but litigating forcefully if necessary. He has many years of experience in successful litigation, in particular in construction litigation, in mass investor proceedings and in other company-related cases. Another focus of his practice is on advising financial institutions in regulatory matters.
Martin Kirchmayr graduated from the University of Vienna with a juris doctorate, worked as an associate in a corporate law firm and since 2019 as a lawyer in cooperation with Alexander Russ, andco-founded Eunomia Rechtsanwälte in 2023.
