"RuSt" Annual Meeting 2024
Martin Oppitz, together with Priv.-Doz. Dr Mona Philomena Ladler, Vereinigung österreichischer Investmentgesellschaften (VÖIG) and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Olaf Riss, University of Klagenfurt, organized the workshop ‘update Bank- und Finanzmarktrecht’ on 17 October 2024. The presentation of current case law and legislative innovations at this renowned annual conference for corporate law provided an opportunity for exciting discussions and an exchange of ideas.
