Areas of Confidentiality and Knowledge Attribution
On the occasion of the new EU Listing Act, Prof. DDr. hc Susanne Kalss, LL.M. and Martin Oppitz have published an article on the topic of "Confidentiality Areas and Knowledge Attribution" (GesRZ 2024, 282). This study analyses the impact of the establishment of Chinese walls or confidentiality areas on knowledge attribution in companies in capital market law contexts – in particular ad hoc-disclosure obligations.
