ESMA’s Issuer Standing Committee, CWG Meeting in Paris
As member of the Consultative Working Group of the Issuers Standing Committee set up by ESMA, Alexander Russ contributed in advisory capacity to current capital market-related topics. The agenda included the new Listing Act, guidelines on the enforcement of sustainability information, the European Single Electronic Format and climate-related topics in the context of financial reporting.
